Short, because a photography studio's terms should be. Using this site, or the links we send you, means you accept them.

Photographs

Every photograph on this site, in a gallery or in a guide is Ohcia's work and copyright. The photographs in your own gallery are yours to keep, print and share for personal use; what we agreed about other uses is in your booking confirmation. Photographs from the portfolio are not to be copied, republished or used commercially without our written agreement.

Galleries and guides

A gallery link and its passcode are for the people in the photographs and whoever they choose to share them with. Anyone holding the link can see the photographs, so treat it as you would the prints. A gallery stays online for the period in your booking; ask if you need longer. A session guide is written for your session and may change if the plan does.

Bookings

A request made on the booking page is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we reply and confirm it. Dates, prices, deposits, rescheduling and cancellation are set out in the confirmation and the invoice for your session, and those terms take precedence over anything here. Prices on this site are a guide and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Weather and circumstances

Most sessions happen outdoors, in Scottish weather. If weather or circumstances beyond our control make a session unsafe or impossible, we will offer another time first; what happens if no other time works is set out in your confirmation.

This site

We keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will be either at every moment, and we are not liable for loss arising from its use beyond what the law will not let us exclude. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
